Small family owned restaurants have been a part of my life since day one. If you didn’t know, I was nearly born in my parents restaurant. A few of my first jobs were at local family owned restaurants like Bruno’s (on 23 IYKYK) and American Pancake House. Later I’d go on to work at Maxi’s part time (when fire took that staple from our community). Now obviously I co-own this small restaurant. The news of this fire this morning hurt my soul. I am so sorry to the family that had their all invested in their business. How devastating. 💔

Any time we have our vents or exhaust cleaned, we take the next day to deep clean certain areas. With that being said, we will be closed TODAY (Monday 7/27/26).
