I know it was a little dicey last night and there were some long wait times. I really appreciate the patience and support from last night. I truly hope everyone enjoyed themselves and the food. I'd like to thank for hosting this event and the large part they played in making it happen. Thanks to for digging in trenches and doing a tremendous job in the kitchen. Thanks to and everyone else in making the night a success. Always grateful for the love and support.

Super grateful for the ramen turn out. We had a few last minute cancelations so I'm super grateful to these baoscits and gravy. Left over buns, broth and a pinch of make for a tasty breakfast. A huge thanks for all those who came and for those that participated. Till we eat again. .petkov.3

Maxed out! Thats it! We can not take any more reservations. Stay tuned though I'm sure this will happen again sooner than later.

Its been a minute..... this Friday and Saturday we will be popping up from 8-11pm. We will also have ramen kits available for carry out. We will be serving tonkotsu and a mushroom broth for the vegetarians. We will also have fried chicken steam buns. If you wish to dine in I am taking reservations starting now. Please just make requests in the DM on IG or FB. We only have one table that can accommodate 4. We have spread the tables and prefer to only do parties of 2. I will fulfill reservations best I can.

Its been awhile.... but we are considering doing a limited run of ramen meal kits in the near future..... Who is interested??
