I don’t say this often … But I’m proud of myself on this one. Heck no, this isn’t AI. This is years of doubting myself, experimenting, and pushing through even though I tell myself “You’re not as good as so-and-so. Just let it go already.”

And then this pops out of my kitchen.

I present to you the Caramel Autumn Jumbo cookie. Someone gave me the challenge to recreate Crumbl’s caramel apple cookie. And I knocked it out of the park. And I’m one hundred percent confident in that!

These are now available to order in sets of 6 or 12.

Special thank you to the sweetest nanny ever, Aerial for watching the boys and my crafty stepdad, Jamie for taking me and doing a badass job at assisting the set up for this wedding order.

This was actually one of my most stressful experiences but everything turned out and the groom was so thankful and appreciative, making sure to let me know he and his wife loved me and that I actually MADE their wedding day.

That was something I needed to hear.

To know I didn’t mess up.

Through the tears, the blistering burn I got, the anxiety, the frustration, the sleep deprivation … I did something good.

And that made it all worth it.

Thank you and a huge congratulations to the Shraders. It was an honor to be a part of your wedding day.

Thinking of adding some sugar free options to the menu for next Sunday’s Mishawaka Market! 🥰 Usually those are only available by order so I’m hoping I can delight more folks with more dietary restricted friendly items!
