Our mozzarella sticks are fried in 100% beef tallow. 🧀🤌🏼

Edit🩷Just to clarify, in our kitchen, beef tallow is used only in our fryer, which we use exclusively for select appetizers. Everything else on our menu is prepared with olive oil. So if you’re vegetarian or simply prefer to avoid beef tallow, there are still plenty of options to enjoy! 😊

We’re specifically looking for someone who can work 12–6 PM, 3–4 days per week. Tuesday–Saturday availability is ideal!
