Big things happening at Quad! We're shifting our focus from daily cafe operations to specialty-coffee roasting and building deeper connections with several wonderful community partners. This means expanded coffee-roasting capabilities at our new roastery located 's LOGAN Industries, fueling coffee, tea, and hot cocoa service , and growing our partnerships on the campus of with , , and Three Leaf Catering. On May 16, we'll wrap up daily café service at our Stull Street location, which will continue to be available for group events. Mondays are for roasting! Today, we’re roasting our most popular coffee, Vivant. A natural process Ugandan bean that we roast light. The final product has notes of fresh berries and fruit-like sweetness. Try some today!

It's Junior Parents Weekend and we had the privilege of serving coffee and hot cocoa to the parents and students . On the menu: Vivant light roast, The Shadows medium roast, and our Dark Roast Blend collab with Teeling Whiskey and . We also provided decadent hot cocoa from with tasty toppings.
