Today is the last day of black history month. Although challenges have arisen, I still managed to complete and accomplished my goals for this month.

I started with a my own seed, No investors, very few funds. Just grit and hustle!

Nurture your business like it's your baby and it will grow footsteps... I am living proof !!

The guest admired my food to the point that some people told me that they had 3rd's of everything 😋(unapologetically 😅)

The man in the orange owns MET construction, he traveled from Indpls to attend. He also said that he could eat the whole pan of meatballs and loved the fact that they didn't contain pork in them !!

I always take into account the food allergies of others by accommodating and using high-quality healthy ingredients 🎀

My next catering venue is with the City of South Bend - Municipal Government

Chef Monnese Plummer of Fancy Delights spoke about what she is doing in the community. She does Full-service catering. She is a SERV Safe trainer.
