We are currently hiring for:

🍽️ HOST/HOSTESS — Urgently hiring! 2–3 shifts per week, including one weekday and weekend availability.

🔥 LINE COOK — Looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a fast-paced kitchen team.

🍸 PART-TIME BARTENDER/SERVER — Seasonal position for football season, with the opportunity to continue into a more permanent role for the right person.

20 years. ❤️

This July, Carmela’s will celebrate 20 years of serving South Bend, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the guests, families, friends, and team members who have been part of our story along the way.

What began as Carmela and George’s vision has been built through years of hard work, dedication, and a passion for hospitality. Alongside an incredible team—both past and present—they’ve helped create a place where great food, family, and community come together.

To celebrate this milestone, we’ll be rolling out some fun summer features, special events, throwback favorites, and a few surprises throughout July.

Stay tuned—we can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on!
