It all started four years ago… before the day ends, I wanted to share our story and some exciting news. Fair warning, it’s a bit of a long post! 🌮✨
On 12/01/2021, with a racing heart, fear, and hope, I made the scariest decision of my life and signed the lease for My Taco Express.
I decided to chase my dream and start a restaurant serving authentic Mexican food, carrying all those feelings, even the fear of failure and the worry that we wouldn’t have enough customers to make the business succeed but I chose to start anyway. That day marked the beginning of a dream built on long nights, sacrifices, faith, and so much love. ❤️🌮✨

Last December, we took the next step with our food truck, and today, 12/01/2025, we are beyond excited to announce our SECOND LOCATION:
My Taco Express & Bar, coming soon!🌮🍹🎉

What once felt impossible is now reality, and it’s all thanks to YOU, our incredible customers, community, and family. We are truly blessed to have your support, encouragement, and belief in us, even on the days we doubted ourselves. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support, for recommending us, for booking us, sharing our posts, cheering us on, and helping make this dream possible. 🙏🏼💛❤️
