Meet Theodore Green, one of the inspirations behind the Torry Island BBQ Showdown. Mr. Green is a South Bay native whose dream was to cook his BBQ for the masses. It was our goal to not only bring National KCBS competitors but to give opportunities for our local BBQ guys to compete in the big leagues.
