Chef José breaks down Matsusaka Ribeye, an ultra-premium cut of Japanese Wagyu from Mie Prefecture and one of the most revered Wagyu expressions in the world. Last week, we had the honor of welcoming Chef of Michelin-starred KOLI from Monterrey, Mexico, to The Greggory for an unforgettable evening!

Rooted in fire, storytelling, and deep respect for ingredient and culture, the dinner brought together two kitchens united by a shared pursuit of hospitality and thoughtful cooking. The evening started with a bright clarified margarita and closed with a surprise late-night ribeye street taco — interpreted the Greggory x KOLI way — alongside pours of Reserva de la Familia Extra Añejo to finish the night properly.

We’ve got some BIG news… and a HUGE thank you to share! Because of your support, was just named Suburban Restaurant of the Year in ’s 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards!

When we opened our doors in March 2025, we dreamed of creating the kind of spot where you could celebrate anything and everything, straight As, birthdays, engagement or just making it through the week. Seeing so many of you gather around our hearth night after night has meant everything to us. Now, alongside being named No. 33 on ’ list of the Best Steak Restaurants in North America for 2025, we’re feeling more inspired than ever for what’s ahead.

To everyone who’s dined, celebrated, and supported us along the way, thank you for making this possible. We’ll keep the fire going, the cocktails flowing and the good times coming. 🍸🍷

Mother’s Day weekend at The Greggory is officially fully booked.

To everyone celebrating with us this weekend, thank you. The overwhelming support, reservations, and kind messages truly mean the world to our team. 🙏

We’re honored to be part of your family traditions, celebrations, and long brunches around the table. Here’s to the mothers, grandmothers, and maternal figures who have shaped us, fed us, supported us, and gathered us together time and time again.

For those still hoping to stop by, our bar area will remain first-come, first-served for a more spontaneous visit, cocktails, and a few beautiful bites.
