Due to the construction of the new business behind Consuela's we will not be open for safety of our customers and our selves... I will not plan to reopen anytime soon but will be scheduling catered events and can still be reached on this page... I'm sorry this happened sooner than I had hoped... I can't Thank Everyone Enough for the support y'all have given me.!! and definitely for the wonderful friendships that have been made..!!! Love you all..!!! Please keep me in prayers for my new chapter in my career, health and over all life..!!!

Sooo update on me... I'm feeling soooo much better and have gotten most of my voice back, many THANKS to everyone who called and or texted... I still have a little bit of sinus and chest congestion, even though I am feeling a lot better I was advised by my nurse to take at least another day to try and get more rest and a chance to get even better since I with with food... I plan to be open on Wednesday but please follow my page for updates, Thanks everyone for y'all patience

Good morning everyone.!! As y'all know I DO NOT OPEN Consuela's during a lightning storm due to the obvious (metal building and metal floor, no insulation and right next to me electrical post) we definitely don't mind the rain but we do not RIDE THE LIGHTNING 🤘... (let's see who gets that) if the lightning stops soon I will be at Consuela's... please watch my page for updates .... Thanks for y'all's patience..!!!
