ok friends! we’re still looking for a garde manger to join our team! what’s the role entail? it’s mostly known as “the front station” here and is responsible for shucking oysters, slicing our HOMEmade charcuterie, plating raw fish dishes with attention but efficiency, and making our desserts look beautiful! we want someone who has good kitchen experience, but is also looking to learn from us & grow into this role (and others). we are a fast paced, busy kitchen but we also have a lot of fun! we are also hiring brad briske & family which has a more flexible schedule & lots of perks! want to know more? email your resume to chef brad [email protected] ! we look forward to hearing from you!

as any of you know working in the restaurant business means lots of goodbyes! last night we said a “bye for now” to our favorite gal, lucy Lucy Buchanan 😭 lucy has been part of our family for over four years now, and it’s always sooo hard to loose someone who is so dedicated, reliable and hardworking! but we’re also so excited for her to go off into the world! the best part of Brad Briske & family (apart from brads food) is our staff, who always end up feeling like family. this feels like the end of an era! but as we also say “onward” as we hire new incredible people and the family just keeps on growing!
