Our house-made peach basil syrup begins with farm-fresh peaches and fresh basil from the Sonora Farmers Market. Sweet purple basil brings a naturally soft sweetness with delicate hints of clove, while fresh green basil adds a bright, herbaceous finish.

We pair it with Hinterhaus Bourbon, handcrafted in nearby Arnold, and finish it with freshly squeezed lemon juice for a cocktail that’s bright, balanced, and made to celebrate summer in the Gold Country.
