Shoutout to Kayla Perez (go check her page out! 💇‍♀️) for having me try new things! Haven’t made honeycomb candy since culinary school, but I these turned out pretty cute! 🍯

However, note to self: these have to be eaten right away because the honeycomb does not like sitting in frosting 😂 I forgot sugar is hygroscopic so it pulls moisture from the frosting and starts to dissolve. Yay science! 🧪
