Meet Dr. Brown’s Cel-Ray. A New York deli icon dating back to 1869, known for its crisp, refreshing, slightly sweet flavor with subtle herbal notes and a clean celery finish.

It’s not a vegetable in a can. Think bright, refreshing, lightly spicy, and incredibly good at cutting through rich flavors.

Today’s special brings sweet snow crab together with Japanese kewpie aioli, shio koji, fish sauce, rice vinegar, crisp celery, green onion, dill, fennel, and fresh mint, all tucked into a toasted Martín’s potato roll.
