it’s a cheese pizza! fighting entropy with evolution - we’d like to believe that we’ve learned a thing or two since we started a sourdough starter in the barrel room at dos cabezas wineworks as harvest 2020 was winding down. this winter we dedicated time to application of knowledge acquired for purposes of pizza improvement. the result is refined pizza dough featuring a healthy dollop of hayden flour mills white sonoran wheat. we like it. you should check it out 🌾🍕💥
