it’s a cheese pizza! fighting entropy with evolution - we’d like to believe that we’ve learned a thing or two since we started a sourdough starter in the barrel room at dos cabezas wineworks as harvest 2020 was winding down. this winter we dedicated time to application of knowledge acquired for purposes of pizza improvement. the result is refined pizza dough featuring a healthy dollop of hayden flour mills white sonoran wheat. we like it. you should check it out 🌾🍕💥

ellissa raised santa cruz county’s 2025 grand champion 4H lamb (it’s a major award)… we bought it, now you can eat it! it’s a special pizza: ellissa, here until it isn’t. those of you following closely will notice this looks a lot like last week’s special - and it is (if it ain’t broke), but now with 100% more grand champion lamb. we’re pouring 2014 el campo from the library these days and they seem to get along real nice. come & get it 🍕❤️💥
