People get Roman and Sicilian dough confused all the time, but they’re not the same. Our Roman dough ferments for 72 hours with 75% hydration, so it gets nice and soft, airy and fluffy on top, with a firm, crispy bottom. Make it nice. 🍕

That’s where I come in. I make Italian-American classics with the same recipes and ingredients that I use at home.

Then I freeze them, pack them up and ship them in insulated containers.

When you get them delivered to your house, just keep them in the freezer until you're ready to eat.
