People get Roman and Sicilian dough confused all the time, but they’re not the same. Our Roman dough ferments for 72 hours with 75% hydration, so it gets nice and soft, airy and fluffy on top, with a firm, crispy bottom. Make it nice. 🍕
We make pizza, subs and other Italian-American food. Come to our little shop to visit or order online and we’ll ship it to you. We also have a catering division.
