The name Baby Sistah Cookies is a tribute to the dynamic women who have inspired him in his life. The grandmothers, mothers, aunties, sisters and daughters. The grandmother that raised nine children during the depression; the mother that raised her own children despite being put up for adoption; the aunties that were always there to help; the sisters that always looked out for their little brother

no matter how much of a pain he was; and the daughter whose very life continues to be inspirational. This is his way of honoring them. But most of all it is a tribute to his favorite baby sistah, his angel, his hero, his wife Angela who has championed every dream that he's had since they have been together.

A few years ago while in New Orleans I tasted this amazing Oatmeal Cafe Muffin made by a local chef and I have always wanted to replicate it and so here it is! It had fresh fruit inside and was the perfect breakfast treat, not too sweet but moist and fluffy! Can’t wait to see how it came out! ❤️
