The restaurant expanded in 2021 to a larger space right next door, leaving in its original place our happy little w**e bar, Juliet social club. Juliet is the first Brick & Mortar home for Bread & Salt Hospitality is a place to share our favorite things with our neighbors. Juliet is destination dining by night with a regularly rotating menu of prix fixe options that is more of a performance; dining as immersive theater. By day Juliet operates as a casual cafe with the highest standards for taste and experience. Juliet is owned operated by Union Square residents Joshua Lewin and Katrina Jazayeri. No tips are expected as Juliet is the area's first gratuity free restaurant, staff are all paid full living wages with profit sharing.

Iced Tea class on the patio Sunday August 9th

did you know that the water temp you use to brew tea changes the flavors you get? Just like cold brew coffee has a smoother + richer flavor than hot brewed coffee, cold brew tea achieves something similar.

We’ll be exploring this and other fun features of iced tea drinking with Chris from MEM Tea. Guests will enjoy the Juliet patio for a flight of iced teas, followed by creating their own tea blend to take home and brew with their chosen method.

Gazpacho is back for the summer! A Juliet seasonal staple since 2016, made in the Andalusian style. Just 5 simple ingredients handled just right: tomato, bell pepper, garlic, sherry vinegar, and olive oil
