The Rawson Group - a Wendy's franchisee is hiring for Entry Level Management Positions.

At The Rawson Group, we believe that our employees are family members and we only promote Assistant Managers, General Managers, Training Store Managers, District Managers, and Director of Operations from within our own ranks.

Entry level Manager's salary starts at $51,000 to $56,000.

The Rawson Group was founded in 1983 by John V. Rawson, Jr. It began as a franchise of five restaurants. The Rawson Group now owns and operates 21 Wendy’s restaurants. Six of our restaurants are located on Staten Island, and the remaining are located in the Central New Jersey area. The Rawson Group is strong and continues to grow.
