One Month in Boston – A Heartfelt Thank You
It has now been one month since Tasya’s Kitchen opened in Boston.
On our Soft Opening day, the turnout was far beyond what we expected. The overwhelming support and enthusiasm from our customers took us by surprise, and our entire kitchen team—many of whom were new employees—worked tirelessly to keep up with the demand.
We welcomed guests not only from Boston, but also from New Hampshire and many other states. To everyone who waited in line, some for more than two hours, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
From morning until night, our team gave their very best. During our Soft Opening, we served more than 200 tickets, which translated to over 500 dishes prepared and served that day alone.
Although we were exhausted, our hearts were full. Seeing so many customers enjoy our food made every challenge worthwhile.
At Tasya’s Kitchen, our food is not fast food. Every dish is prepared when ordered, using authentic Indonesian recipes that require time, care, and many detailed cooking processes. We believe great food is worth the wait.
After nine unforgettable hours, we ended that day with grateful hearts and a prayer of thanks to God for His blessings and for every customer who walked through our doors.
