We've got pizza on our minds today! 🍕 Our chefs are amazing at whipping up delicious specials that celebrate the best of each season—and sometimes, a special is just too good not to bring back.

Our Wild Mushroom Pizza was just that. Hand-stretched dough topped with meaty wild mushrooms, creamy Boursin cheese, and finished with a savory drizzle of demi-glace, then baked to crispy, melty perfection. It was definitely one for the books!

We hope to be firing up the pizza oven and serving you a fresh, handmade pizza again soon. Until then, we'll be dreaming about this one! ✨

The sweetest treat we ever did see… 🍫🍰

Our four-layer chocolate cake is decadent, rich, and absolutely worth skipping dinner for (we wouldn’t judge!). Perfect for sharing… or keeping all to yourself. 😉

Pair it with a housemade cappuccino, or go for an extra-sweet ending with an espresso martini. So many options, so many delicious decisions!

This Winesday, we're shining a spotlight on Monte Antico Toscana—a true Tuscan classic. This beautifully balanced, medium- to full-bodied red offers notes of juicy black cherry, ripe plum, licorice, and subtle hints of vanilla. Its bright acidity and soft tannins make it the perfect pairing for the rich, savory flavors of our Rustic Braised Beef Bolognese or Wild Mushroom Pappardelle.

Rainy, gloomy days always have us craving the simple comforts—a bottle of red, good company, and a warm bowl of cozy goodness. 🍷🍝

Our Wild Mushroom Pappardelle is truly comfort in every bite: earthy wild mushrooms sautéed in a rich truffle demi-glace béchamel sauce, tossed with handmade pappardelle, and finished with a generous grating of Grana Padano Parmesan. It's the kind of dish that warms you from the inside out.

Sharing one of our favorites today: Veal Saltimbocca. We skipped ahead to the final moments of its preparation—because that's where the magic comes together.

A tender veal cutlet, pounded thin, lightly breaded, and cooked to a perfect golden brown. Finished with savory prosciutto, melted mozzarella, and fresh sage, then served over pappardelle pasta in a rich, velvety pan sauce.

It's a dish our guests return for time and again, and we're looking forward to serving it to you soon. 🍝✨
