Work in progress for our specials line up that's starting sometimes tomorrow! Might be heading towards a tiny, remote yet beautiful village somewhere in southwestern Romania! 🏡🇷🇴

Like most country style food all over the world, flavors are bold, food is simple but delicious with ingredients most people wouldn't think of, as nothing goes to waste in that part of the world! ☺️

Hola, BStation lovers! ☀️

Spanish flavors are stealing the brunch spotlight this weekend! ☺️🇪🇸

✨️Iberico Brunch: grilled chorizo sausage, onions peppers and spinach over house polenta with melted manchego cheese, two poached eggs and a roasted red pepper hollandaise.
✨️Bocadillo De Chorizo: grilled chorizo, caramelised onions, sliced tomatoes, piquillo peppers, manchego cheese, two fried eggs and a roasted red pepper aioli in a grilled focaccia, served with home fries.
✨️Coconut Torrijas: spanish version of a french toast with golden grilled thick Texas slices, topped with brown sugar and toasted coconut flakes, whipped cream and a salted caramel drizzle.

Ok, ok, between the beautiful bridal shower we hosted and our staff party, there's been too much laughter and partying this past week! Just kidding, we love to laugh and party too much! But now it's time for y'all to come in and put us to work!!

Open regular hours today and open 7:30-1:30 tomorrow for Labor Day!!

🇺🇲Labor Day Weekend Breakfast is looking EXTRA delicious! 🍳🥪🧇

✨️Labor day brunch bowl: scrambled eggs with shaved ribeye, grilled onions and peppers, babybella mushrooms, cheddar cheese curds, served over home fries, topped with au jus gravy and scallions, choice of toast.
✨️Special sammie: shaved ribeye, swiss cheese, caramelised onions, babybella mushrooms, 2 fried eggs on a grilled focaccia, served with home fries and a side of au jus dipping sauce.
✨️All Raspberry waffle: house waffle infused with raspberry syrup, topped with black raspberry ice cream, fresh raspberries and whipped cream.

Good morning, BStation lovers! 😊

🌲🌊 A little piece of Acadia made its way onto our brunch menu! 🫐
Inspired by our recent trip to Acadia National Park, we brought back a little Maine magic — smoky trout, coastal flavors, wild blueberries, and plenty of inspiration! 💙

✨️Bar Harbor's omelette: smoked trout, whipped horseradish alouette cheese, fresh spinach and red onion, topped with a lemon peppered dill hollandaise, served with home fries and house sundried tomato polenta or choice of toast.
✨️Schoodic brunch: smoked trout, grilled red onions, peppers and zucchinis, whipped alouette cheese over house sundried tomato polenta, topped with two poached eggs and lemon peppered dill hollandaise.
✨️Blueberry Hill waffle: house waffles infused with wild blueberries syrup, topped with a scoop of blueberry ice cream, fresh blueberries and whipped cream.
