Good morning, BStation lovers! ☀️

🚨 New weekend SPECIALS are here 🚨

⬇️Rich, savory & sweet tooth approved 😁⬇️

✨️Slavic summer brunch: kefir base with a blend of fresh herbs, roasted beets, shaved cucumber, sliced radishes, topped with two halved boiled eggs, scallions and fresh dill, served with a side of home fries topped with bryndza (polish sheep's cheese) and crumbled polish bacon.
✨️Polish Bene: thick cut seared polish rib bacon on european style rolls, polish sheep's cheese, caramelised onions, two poached eggs and spicy brown mustard hollandaise, served with home fries.
✨️Butternut's French toast: thick Texas slices dipped in our Grand Marnier mix and golden grilled, topped with a mixed fruit compote (mostly tart and sweet cherries, raspberries and strawberries), crushed walnuts, whipped cream and salted caramel drizzle.

This one may be from a while back but i think we may have broken a record that day on how many tart cherries we picked. Butternut Farm is one of our favorites and this past week the kiddos helped us pick whatever tart cherries they had left plus some other delicious fruit. Needless to say, there will have to be a special with some of the jam or preserves we turned that fruit into.

Beautiful day out there, so stop by the Station on your way to the beach, the local farms or before shopping at any of the other local businesses in the area.

Good morning, BStation lovers!

Specials worth getting out of bed for! ⬇️☀️

We've got fresh, sweet and savory! :D

✨️Farmer's omelette: grilled maple blueberry sausage, melted cheddar, fresh spinach and barley inside our three egg omelette, topped with a sundried tomato hollandaise and fresh watercress, served with roasted veggie medley (mushroom, zucchini, onions and peppers) and choice of toast.

✨️Summer choucroute: grilled maple blueberry sausage, braised cabbage with bacon and fresh herbs over lemon pepper home fries, topped with two eggs any style, sundried tomato hollandaise and fresh watercress, choice of toast.

✨️Plum compote and biscotti pancakes: our house pancakes topped with homemade plum compote, crushed biscotti and walnuts, whipped cream and honey drizzle.

Someone apologized the other day, when they just needed to mop that last bite out of their plate with a piece of toast before us picking it up from the table! Nothing actually make us happier than seeing that, and I mean it! 🥹😁

And for the times that we fall short, because we know we're not perfect, we apologize! Please let us know (preferably in person and in the moment) and we'll do everything we can to fix it!

Good Friday morning, BStation lovers! 💪

Breakfast is getting a little loco this weekend! 🤪
We won't judge if you get a little loco too! We'll probably understand if you order more than one special!! 😁

✨️Brunch mulitas: honey chipotle chicken, melted cheese, fresh cilantro and onion in between two corn tortillas dipped in consommee and grilled, served with two eggs any style, guacamole and sour cream.
✨️Pollo loco scramble: three scrambled eggs with honey chipotle chicken, fajita veggies, oaxaca cheese, on garlic chipotle home fries, topped with guacamole, fresh cilantro and pickled jalapeno, served with two corn tortillas.
✨️Coconut madness French toast: thick Texas slices dipped in a coconut cream and sweet condensed milk batter and golden grilled, topped with toasted coconut flakes, shaved mexican chocolate and whipped cream.

📢Before the grills get fired up and the fireworks light the sky, come join us for a delicious breakfast!!

✨️Philly's sammie: shaved ribeye, fried egg, extra melted american and provolone cheese, "wit or witout" grilled onions, served with grilled peppers and garlic home fries.
✨️Alabama Bene: grilled chicken breast tossed in an Alabama style white sauce on a garlicky grilled thick Texas slice, two poached eggs and an Alabama style hollandaise,topped with scallions, served with candied yams.

Open all weekend!!

Philly, where it all started!! As a history geek, totally recommend visiting the Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, and no trip to Philly is complete without seeing Rocky's statue and getting some of that street food they're famous for!

"Life, Liberty and pursuit of Happiness". Specials are in the making so make sure you'll pursue those over the weekend!
