I am newly gluten free, so I have been practicing and researching gluten free baking.

I need to taste test, right? Lol.

This cinnamon coffee cake was a success!!!

It is so good, fluffy and moist... it's so good

This is certainly a turning point for me.. There are not a lot of good gluten free treats.. and that's sad.

And we should have to travel far to find them..

We should all have great tasting treats 🩷

Oh, and another thing.. this coffee cake is also dairy free 😊

Yes, I make cookies. They are plain, not fancy but delicious.. I believe that everyone should have a cookie that reminds them of their childhood, sitting at Grandma's or cooking with mom. I believe that just an ordinary cookie can transport you back to that time, of love , of comfort, of family..
