Safwa roasting is officially underway ☕
Behind the scenes, we’ve been putting in the time to learn, test, and refine while focusing on the same thing we always have: doing things with care and intention.
This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to share more with you soon.

Excited to share that we’ve officially begun roasting our coffee in-house.

Our journey starts with a mixed lot from Kuta Mill in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea, and we’ll continue rotating origins throughout the year to follow peak harvests around the world.

A special thank you to our friends at .coffee for providing us their coffee from day one, and their guidance over the past year. You’ve played a meaningful role in Safwa’s growth, and we’re truly grateful.

We’re also excited for what’s ahead for Seekers, this summer they will be opening their own café in Princeton, bringing a true specialty coffee experience to the Central Jersey community.
