Hello Everyone.
I have been thinking about this post for some time but I feel I have to make it because I owe it to my employee as she deserves better than how she was treated.
We had someone belittle and talk down to one of our team. Not because she was mean. Not because she didnt know what she was doing. And not because she messed up something. She was bullied due to a speech impediment.
Let me be abundantly clear - we have never and will never accept this behavior to our employees. We have banned people previously for insulting our staff. If you are being a bully then you will be asked to leave. No one deserves to go to their job and be worried if a stranger is going to make them feel bad about themselves in any capacity. Think about your words before you say something you cant take back because tomorrow youll forget the girl at the window but she wont forget you and how you made her feel.
Be kind to one another because we get one chance on this Earth - make it a good one ❤️
