Thank you again for your patience as we roll out our new ordering system! They aren't lying when they say recorded for quality purposes. I have been staying up late listening to these calls and;
-Taking notes and emailing my support team
-Changing Items, Adding Items and details to our POS system
-Adding FAQ's for the AI system to draw information from
-Flagging calls with clear AI mistakes.
-Repeatedly requesting we fix up the pronunciation of "Chourico" (couldn't find a Portuguese Bot, can you believe it?) Any suggestions? I've been using "Sha-Reese" not chor-ico and certainly not cherries lol

Thank you all again for your patience. It was already much smoother today than it was yesterday and I know in a short time it will be seemless!
