The best part about coffee isn’t memorizing rules.

It’s discovering why small changes can create different experiences.

Today’s experiment: the bloom. 🌸

A simple pause after the first pour lets freshly roasted coffee release trapped CO₂ before the rest of the brew. It’s a small detail that can help unlock a cleaner, more balanced cup.

Every cup is another chance to learn something new.

There isn’t one “perfect” recipe with coffee.

Meet the Sparkler Latte - white chocolate and raspberry, topped with blue cold foam and finished with Pop Rocks. Because sometimes coffee should be fun.

What exactly is “extraction,” and why do coffee people talk about it so much? ☕

Extraction is simply the process of water pulling flavor from coffee. Too little extraction, and your coffee can taste sour or thin. Too much, and it can become bitter or harsh.
