This week’s Dinner Special at Mario’s is “Eggplant Rollatini”- our famous house-made stuffed eggplant Dinner/Appetizer w/ a new twist. The Rollatani is also stuffed spinach & prosciutto in addition to the mozzarella, ricotta & Parmesan. Covered with Nini’s tomato sauce, & baked. This special also comes w/ a side of pasta, and choice of house-made soup or salad. 🍆 🧀 🍅
