My last post was going to be to long and could not add everything but wanted to give and chef Michael Brennan a shout out. Thank you for having me help run your kitchen last summer and I am grateful for being a part of your team and being able to get a degree on how to fix the ice machine on the fly everyday Haha! Friends of the Kitchen! It has been too long a post has happened since closing down Marsini’s and wanted to fill everyone in. .1 has made some big moves since making it in the kitchen and I am so proud of how far we have come. Bottles are all over the place and we are still delivering one bottle at a time so the world can experience the greatest condiment in the world. I decided to start a new project back in my home town Margate with . It has been an amazing journey to see the start of construction, and now have one of the most beautiful restaurants in Margate. The concept of is that it is a free flowing kitchen and coastal cuisine. It is not your typical sit down coursed menu, food comes out as fast as we can get it to the table. As some people might not be to fond of this style but that is what we are going for along with the good vibes and spectacular views. Come by foot or by boat we will be doing our best to make your experience a memorable one. We just had our first real week of service and we are all doing the best we can from management, front of the house, back of the house and ownership to give Margate something different. Everyday we are working hard to perfect what we are trying to accomplish and ask everyone to bare with us as it takes time to get everything right from the service, the cocktails, and the food. I am honored to be a part of this team and I’m confident that my crew is going to do everything we can to make the best food for the concept the owners wanted to have on the bay, at the old Captain Andy’s. There is plenty of seafood and even some of Marsini’s favorites, like the empanadas, chicken Italiano, and king sauce is on all the tables! Thank you to my team and owners for all of the hard work and for letting me be a part of this project and I can’t wait to see what this summer is going to bring. I might not be able to see everyone cause this kitchen is behind closed doors instead of the open kitchen you all were used to but I will do my best to come say hi! To all my friends and family of the kitchen, you all know how important the birds are to us. Got a surprise gift from Ma Dukes from of Saquon! Thanks Mike out of all my matchbooks this one is my favorite today. Wanted to give my daughter a shout out today for winning their cheer competition, and even if the Eagles don’t get a Super Bowl ring, at least my favorite cheerleader got one. Don’t forget to go check out .1 to see what has been doing today with king sauce, and all the Philly fans. Been a great start of the day with the best cheerleader winning today, just need one more win!! Now let’s fu**ing go birds. We miss being able to feed everyone this year, but we have some big things happening with king sauce, will keep everyone posted. .1

A special thank to at for inviting me to do a collaboration together. I thank you and and your staff from the bottom of my heart! I have not had a chicken Italiano since I left my restaurant, and I was so thrilled to be making my favorite sandwich again. Also a special thanks to all of my loyal costumers that came to support this collaboration. Today was amazing. Thank you all you for the love and support. I was overwhelmed with all support, and customers I have not seen since we closed.

On December 1, I will meet doing a collaboration with and at . We will be selling chicken Italiano‘s, meatballs, meatball Fra Diablo aka the Fred sandwich, meatball Parmesan sandwich, and the infamous escarole soup by the quart. And maybe the mad scientists will make a special pizza with meatballs. Please come out and support us on Sunday to get a little taste back of Marsinis Kitchen. This is a one day event and hopefully if all goes well we can do a couple more. So after you get done all those leftovers from thanksgiving get over to on Sunday and come get some Marsinis favorites, and some amazing pizza. Hello Marsini’s Family.

We need to move. We’ve outgrown our space and ran into an unfortunate miscommunication with our landlord. No hard feelings, no apologies, no failures, no bad feelings and no regrets. We’re grateful for the space and opportunity to produce the best food we could, while having entirely too much fun doing it. We need to move on, evolve, and pause while we consider our options for the future. So..we’re looking for a new spot to call home. We welcome any ideas on a new location, and appreciate those who have already reached out with an idea or location. We will be catering on a limited basis, and will of course honor all pending catering jobs and gift cards. Gift card holders, we will post what that process looks like over the next few days. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for everything. 12 East Maryland Ave has been a roller coaster of highs and lows, screams and laughs; even when it went off the rails. (haha) We have so many loyal customers and “friends of the kitchen” that were with us from start to finish. We hope everyone enjoyed what we did and how we did it. I put my heart and soul into that building and every dish that went out. Stay tuned as we evolve and figure out our next step including the launch of King Sauce! We’re close to having it in a bottle and available for purchase.

Here's the good news, we're renovating the restaurant!! Here's the bad news, we have to close for 3 months to do it.

We Opened our humble kitchen doors on January 19, 2018. We're so grateful for the amazing following we have been able to attract during the last 6 years. Thank you to all of our loyal customers and amazing staff, many of witch have been with us since day 1!!
Tomorrow will be our last day open before construction begins. A new era at Marsini's Kitchen will begin spring of 2024! We can't wait to see everyone again when it's all complete! Thank you so much!
