Good luck to the Solway Fire Dept today in the water wars battle at the Beltrami country fair today!

Don’t forget to come out and see your Beltrami County fire departments battle it out to be your 2026 Water Wars Champion! And take home the traveling trophy and the bragging rights.

Traveling Trophy was built by our own firefighter and small business owner Isaiah Bitter with Isaiah's Woodwork with the help of Solway Fire Department Chief and Firefighter!

Thank you to Bemidji Fire Department, Blackduck Fire Department, Alaska Volunteer Fire Department, Red Lake Fire Department and Solway Fire Department, participants, volunteers, sponsors and a special thank you to firefighter and North Country First Responders Steven Schussman, for making this event happen. We hope to see you all there!
