X-RAYING KRUSH
It’s no secret that we like to tinker with the latest innovations in hop technology. For X-Raying Krush, we put Krush Cryo Fresh to the test for fresh hop flavor, despite being outside of the harvest window. It gets better - we dry-hopped the heck out of this Hazy Double IPA with extra Citra, Citra Dynaboost, Galaxy, Krush Cryo, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin Cryo. This one is just oozing with aroma: bright medley of berries, along with mango and passionfruit. Take a few sips for flavors of even more mango and passionfruit, plus a healthy dose of stone fruit, too.

INTERSTELLAR BURST
Interstellar Burst is a meeting of minds, a seized opportunity, another dip into the realm of something new we’ve all never had before - something we’re always trying to capture because new sure is fun. Jos and Pete at Garage Project in Wellington, NZ, are folks we certainly look up to and are inspired by. Authenticity cranked up to 100! Freestyle Farms has a beautiful new variety currently under the experimental name NZ05. I think there are 4-5 boxes of NZ05 left after what we and Garage Project used in our respective batches of this beer. Interstellar Burst also has smaller amounts of Peacharine, Southern Cross and Mosaic to bring more stonefruit, spice, lime and that oily berry character we all know and love to the table. Enjoy!

Lord of Lightning is a West Coast Pale Ale showcasing a trio of standout New Zealand hops: Nectaron, Peacharine, and Motueka. Saturated tropical character from Nectaron meets layers of stone fruit and white peach from Peacharine, while Motueka adds a bright citrus-lime edge. A lean, dry malt profile keeps the finish crisp and tight, giving the hops center stage. We’ve been obsessed with pale ales and New Zealand hops since our inception, and this combination feels like the perfect lineup for the kind of beer we’ve spent years chasing.
