We’ve got three new reasons to stop into 56 Kitchen this week — whether you’re craving something hearty, something fresh, or a little bit of both.

🥖 Sausage Sandwich — $16
Grilled mild sausage piled onto a baguette with sautéed peppers & onions, served with house marinara and French fries. Simple, classic, and exactly what it should be.

🐟 Pan Seared Salmon — $26
Atlantic salmon finished with a spiced miso glaze, served over organic brown rice with charred broccoli. A little sweet, a little savory, and packed with flavor. GF

🍝 Sausage Alla Vodka — $25
Mild Italian sausage tossed with tri-colored rotini, spinach, broccoli and sundried tomatoes in a spiced vodka sauce. This one is definitely built for the pasta lovers.

And save some room — assorted cheesecakes, house-made donut holes with chocolate & berry coulis, and our GF flourless torte are waiting for dessert.

This week’s specials are bringing a little bit of everything to the table at 56 Kitchen in Solon
— comfort food, fresh summer flavors, and one seriously good ribeye.

🌯 56 Philly Wrap — $17
Grilled chicken with sautéed peppers, onions & mushrooms, pepper jack and our 56 sauce, all wrapped in a tomato & garlic flour tortilla. Served with fries.

🍕 Broccoli N Chicken Pizza Pie — $17
Blackened grilled chicken, broccoli, mozzarella and red onion over a light sage Alfredo, finished with a salsa verde drizzle.

🍝 Butternut Squash Ravioli — $26
Six fresh butternut squash ravioli served with a vegetable medley and broccoli crown in a light sage Alfredo cream sauce.

🥩 Chef’s Special — $29
A thick-cut Cowboy Ribeye, grilled and finished with house BBQ, topped with an onion ring stack and served alongside smashed redskins and blistered green beans.

And definitely save room for dessert — assorted cheesecakes, house-made donut holes drizzled with chocolate and berry coulis, and our gluten-free flourless torte.
