Sang vs. wasabi… and the wasabi almost won! 🔥

Come try our Shima Aji — a premium Japanese fish with a clean, slightly buttery flavor and a tender texture.

Just maybe don’t use quite as much wasabi as Sang. 🤣🤣

Come try it!!!
