We've renovated (bar, dining room, wine and beer area), added new menu and local specialty items (sauces, jellies, baked goods, etc.), and would like to expand our business hours! But first, we need to hire more staff in following positions:

Chef/Experienced Cook
Line Cooks
Cashier
Busser/Dishwasher
Bartender

We are incredibly excited to announce a new chapter for The Butcher’s Pantry!

Please join us in welcoming Saevar Thordarson as our new Operating Partner, working alongside owner Brad Kozar to help lead The Butcher’s Pantry into an exciting future.

Saevar brings a passion for business, food, community, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Together, Brad and Saevar are looking forward to building on everything that has made The Butcher’s Pantry special while introducing new ideas, products, events, catering opportunities, and experiences for our customers.

But there’s something even more important behind what we do.

❤️🐾 The Butcher’s Pantry donates its profits to Little Mountain Animal Sanctuary, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing care and a safe home for animals in need.

That mission will continue to be at the heart of everything we do.

It all helps support a greater purpose.

Come join us for a cinco de mayo taco Tuesday tomorrow. We’ll have all of our normal tacos and burritos but you can also get all four types of tacos and a margarita for $18. We’ll see you tomorrow
