🦪 Sn**ch Block on the Patuxent River!

We use patent tongs to harvest wild oysters from the river bottom. It’s a more hands-on, labor-intensive method than dredging, but dredging is prohibited in the Patuxent River.

Every oyster you buy from us has been handpicked by local waterman from our river to your table!
