What is your favorite bbq main dish and side! Me personally it's smoked skirt steak, grilled onions and mushrooms with shrimp ceviche.

🔥 Pure 907 Smokehouse × Sea Siren Coffee ☕🔥
Low and slow is the only way we know. These briskets are building a deep mahogany bark, rendering down for hours until every slice is packed with rich, smoky flavor and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. This isn't rushed barbecue—it's Alaska-crafted barbecue done right.
Pair that perfectly smoked brisket with a handcrafted drink from Sea Siren Coffee, where bold espresso and smooth flavors are brewed with the same passion and attention to detail. Together, it's the ultimate Kenai Peninsula combination: wood-fired smoke, premium coffee, and local businesses dedicated to quality.
