Week #2 of pan seared Halibut with a cheese souflee or basil saffron sauce.. Roasted Rack of lamb with a Demi glaze over garlic mashed potatoes ..16 oz certified angus beef Ribeyes and halibut and crab chowder is our soup. The bar is running some good ole comfort with my spaghetti wrapped cheese sticks with home made sauce and fresh mozerella baked to perfection..lobster taco and all oysters are back fresh from the Chesapeake bay!! Mangus farm blueberry lemonade martinis are flowing this weekend and save some room for all mamas homemade deserts including black cap pie and cheesecake…Back Alley grill is open for lunch and dinner Thursday to Tuesdays as well !! So make those plans to Come enjoy all the top of the hill has to offer all in one great place.. fine dining, lite bar menu, massive martini menu and banging food truck. Just saying. Our guy Ben And Gephen are out there in this heat and ready to serve the masses. We got the ultimate Owen nachos and an açaí bowl and it was amazing. That sandwich is no joke. Karmy Jon loved it too. Thanks for feeding us again Back Alley Grill by Giuseppina’s on this hot Tuesday. It was nice to not have to cook !!!

This… This is Sodus Point. So much good here, places, people, businesses and sights. Make the trip..Thanks to all who always support our village and lil piece of paradise we call home

Sodus Point has become one of those places I return to again and again. It feels far enough away, but close enough that it still feels like home. Every trip I find something new and I know I’ll keep finding reasons to come back.

As a photographer, I don’t think I’ve ever run out of things to capture here. Whether it’s the lighthouse, the beach, or simply the way the light hits the water, there’s beauty in every direction if you take the time to look.

No matter the weather, there’s always something beautiful to photograph. I have been during the heat of summer and the dead of winter. Summer brings the beach to life with warm days and beautiful sunlight. Winter transforms the lake into something dramatic and powerful with the sun being hidden behind clouds and snow heavy on the sand. Every visit feels a little different, and that’s part of what keeps me coming back. Photo developed and scanned by // 7/8

Save the date for Mondays in July. We are doing seafood and surf and turf at the bar !!! New menu items this week so make those plans and grab those friends for the hottest spot in the Point. Pair it with your favorite martinis or specialty cocktails, Dont forget to save room fo desserts like mamas homemade cheesecake and carrot cake or Youngman farms strawberry ice cream cakes..Back alley grill has awesome seafood lobster roll features and their new claw father burger too so come check us out. Reservations in the bar area is highly recommended as we fill up fast.
