Saints and Scholars is a locally owned Irish pub inspired by the monks of Ireland, with authentic decor, classic and modern dishes using locally sourced ingredients, more than 100 Irish whiskeys, over 80 global gins, and a warm family friendly space.

A message we’d really rather not have to post…

For the third time in two weeks, someone has v**ed in one of our restrooms, triggering our fire alarm.

When that happens, the entire building must be evacuated while the Snoqualmie Fire Department responds. It doesn’t just affect Saints & Scholars, it disrupts every business in the building. We share this space with chiropractic, dental, and physical therapy clinics, neighboring restaurants, other small businesses, and everyone visiting them.

For patients upstairs, many of whom are recovering from injuries or surgery, an unexpected evacuation can be especially difficult and stressful. Thankfully, two of these incidents have occurred in the evening and did not affect patient appointments (that we know of).

Inside our pub, families are sent outside, meals get cold, drinks are abandoned, guests leave without finishing their meals (or paying), our kitchen has to remake food, and everyone’s evening is interrupted because of one completely preventable decision.

EVERY false alarm requires the Snoqualmie Fire Department to respond. That means firefighters and emergency resources are tied up responding to something that never should have happened, when they could instead be available for a real emergency in our community.

To the Snoqualmie Fire Department, thank you for your professionalism, patience, and service to our community. We’re grateful for you, and we’re sorry your time has had to be spent responding to preventable false alarms.

We’re asking for one simple act of respect:

PLEASE don’t v**e in our restrooms.
If you choose to v**e, step outside. The nearest exit is only a few feet away.

We review security footage whenever an alarm is triggered and can determine which restroom activated the alarm and who entered and exited the area. Besides being disruptive, these incidents are costly for our small business. Individuals responsible may be contacted directly.

Thank you for helping us keep Saints & Scholars, and our entire building, a safe and welcoming place for everyone.

The World Cup match will be shown on our big screen with sound on at 5pm!

Then, as soon as the final whistle blows, Ladies Night begins with live music from Chase Rabideau, $8 red, white, and blue inspired summer cocktails, and a festive atmosphere to celebrate the week ahead! See you at Saints!
