We offer fresh made tacos, burritos, tortas, enchiladas, nachos, tostadas, taquitos, and plenty of snack food as well as a large variety of sodas, energy drinks, and bottled water. All our food is made fresh while you wait with plenty of sides including salsa, crema, guacamole, limes, salads, radishes, jalepeños, and grilled onions. Menus may vary depending upon availability. a dinner to take home? We have a wonderful covered area with lighting and two large tables. Stay dry and enjoy your food at our location on Airport Road or rest while your food is made-to-go. Having a special occasion? Call 425-633-0005 (Spanish) or 425-590-7803 (English) and you can schedule our truck to come to you! Attending a local event? You might see us there! We love to attend local events including the Evergreen State Fair (Monroe, WA) and Flying Heritage Collection Events (Everett, WA). Tonight, September 5 is Nelson Motorsports Night at the Fair - 6:00 pm (doors at 4 pm)!

Street Stocks, Super Stock Figure 8's, Mini Stocks, Stinger 8's and Outlaw Figure 8's at the Evergreen Speedway! Tickets are still available and include fair gate admission. Get them at the Red Gate or Grandstands box office!
