Many of you maybe don’t know this but dinner was cooked on camping stoves. I had never cooked on camping stoves until opening CBTC. But I made it work. Next time it won’t be on camping stoves 🖕🏻. This isn’t goodbye. This is until next time. Thank you for all our customers and staff who have supported us in the this venture. On to the next venture. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been part of our dream! Thanks to everyone involved – our staff, friends, the local community And of course, our customers. Without your support we would not be where we are.

Chef behind the curtain has evolved over the past 2 years, as have we, the owners, Bex and Joel, leading us both into new and exciting opportunities. We look to this new future with excitement and anticipation.
