We made the bread switch and it took this sandwich to a whole different level — fresh, crusty baguette loaded up with that smoky Hotbox brisket. 🔥

🚨 QUICK HOTBOX UPDATE 🚨

Unfortunately, the food truck decided to give us a little trouble last night and we’re dealing with some mechanical issues today. 🔧😩

Because of that, we won’t be open today.

The good news — we’ll be back at the Everett Farmers Market this Sunday! 🔥🍖

🥩 Smoked Chopped Brisket — tender, smoky, and beefy
🔥 Brisket Burnt Ends — sticky, smoky little chunks of BBQ gold

And because apparently we can’t leave well enough alone… we messed around and made a BRISKET GRILLED CHEESE. 😂🧀🥩

Smoked brisket + melty cheese + buttery grilled texas toast. Yeah… it’s as ridiculous as it sounds.
