The staff at Rick’s Restaurant experienced a very tough loss this week. We are heartbroken over the tragic passing of one of our own, Jordan Miller.
Like all of our employees, Jordan was part of our Rick’s Work Family and her loss has left us shocked, sorrowful, and speechless.
We are incredibly grateful for the love and support our community has shown Jordan’s family during this heartbreaking time. The fundraisers, kind words, prayers, and acts of generosity say so much about Sneads Ferry.
For those who would like to help, we are joining efforts with Little Missile Eats Food Truck located behind Backyard Tavern on Sunday, Sept. 20th, from 12 noon–3 p.m. for a Cheeseburger Plate Fundraiser. All proceeds will go to Jordan’s family to help with expenses during this difficult time.
Jordan’s life was far too short but the love being shown in her memory is a beautiful reminder of what it means to be a community.
