The “Empanada Sonata” is a music based food truck that will combine 2 great joys in life: Music and Food. The Empanada Sonata was created by Keith Moran, A NYC Firefighter and Marlyse McAdam, part time cook, and part time lead singer of the band, “Betty Rocker.”
The “Empanada Sonata’s” goal is to provide the ultimate “eat out” experience. The Empanada Sonata will offer at least 15 delicious, homem

ade empanadas ranging from the “classical” beef empanada to a dessert based “nutella and banana” empanada. The Empanada Sonata will also capture the mood with its seasonal empanadas. Along with the wide range of delicious empanadas, the customer can choose from 10-15 different dipping sauces. If that isn’t enough for your pallet, the Empanada Sonata will also offer classic plantains and sweet plantains. With its unique style and design, The Empanada Sonata will make waiting in line tolerable. Its goal is to provide an entertaining, enjoyable experience with many incentives. Customers will have a chance to win free items, from food to T-Shirts by playing musical trivia while waiting in line. This is just one example of the cool things in store for The Empanada Sonata. The Empanada Sonata will travel to flea markets, food truck rally’s, festivals, private events and more. The much anticipated unveiling of the truck has garnered much interest from bar and restaurant owners, to movie producers. The Empanada has found its niche in the billion dollar food truck business. And once the Empanada Sonata gets off the ground, it will only be a matter of time before there will be a fleet of OUR trucks traveling the country offering its customers two of the greatest joy in life.

We understand that our Hot Takeout dates may not always be convenient for everyone. Since we don’t have a permanent location yet, these are the only days we’re able to bring The Empanada Sonata to you.

Please know that I spend every single day searching for a permanent home for our business. It hasn’t been an easy journey, and at times it has been emotionally exhausting. But we haven’t given up, and we won’t.

I’m asking for your continued support. Even if it’s just 10 orders, it makes a huge difference. Unfortunately, if only one or two orders come in, we simply can’t make these events happen.
