After several years of dedication, hard work, and meaningful contributions to Hook Line & Schooner, Stacy has decided to begin a well-earned retirement. This Sunday, August 16, will be her last day at Hook Line & Schooner. Stacy will leave behind an incredible legacy and many grateful staff members and customers that she treasured daily. Needless to say, it will be a tough day for all of us at HLS as we anticipate having to say goodbye.

Stacy thank you for your commitment, leadership, love, caring, and the positive impact you’ve made on our team. Thank you for making all of us and our patrons delicious homemade candies on special days and holidays. Also, a special thank you from Ted, Rosey, and Matt for the loyalty and continuous commitment you showed us throughout the years. You have truly been a blessing in our lives.

Stacy, We will miss you greatly, but you will always have a special place in our hearts. We all wish you good health, joy, laughter and amazing adventures ahead.

Since opening Hook Line and Schooner in July 2018, we’ve stayed committed to serving the healthiest, best‑tasting food possible. Thanks to our incredible staff and their dedication, we’ve been honored with Best Seafood in Georgia by the Georgia Business Journal for four years in a row.

We receive fresh seafood and vegetables daily, Monday through Saturday. Our wild‑caught salmon is rich in Omega‑3s, and our vegetables—especially our broccoli—are packed with essential vitamins and minerals. Nothing in our kitchen is precooked, and our Chef personally inspects every delivery to ensure top quality. We also make 90% of our sauces in‑house, keeping them clean and chemical‑free.

Many customers have asked for delicious, healthy low‑carb options, and we listened. After gathering feedback, we created a high‑quality meal that’s both flavorful and nutritious. For the price of a typical hamburger combo, you can enjoy a 6 oz protein, a fresh vegetable, and a drink.

Eight years ago, Hook Line & Schooner opened its doors with one simple goal: to serve great food, create lasting memories, and become a place our community could call home. Tomorrow, as we celebrate our 8th anniversary, we’re humbled by how far we’ve come—and it’s all because of you.

To our neighbors here in Smyrna, thank you for making us part of your birthdays, anniversaries, family dinners, first dates, celebrations, and everyday moments.
