PITA Mediterranean Street food is the largest Mediterranean brand restaurant in Georgia. Our growth across the city is fueled by are passion for our food, our team, our community, and our guests. Line Cook Job Summary
Line Cooks work together to ensure an all-around amazing guest experience. They assist with daily preparation, construction, and service of all menu items with focus on restaurant cleanliness and safe food handling practices.
Job Qualifications
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible hours, and willingness to work weekends
• Warm, friendly personality
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Relentless work ethic
• Restaurant and/or hospitality experience is a plus but not necessary
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other PITA team members

Line Cook Job Responsibilities & Duties
• Prepare a variety of menu items in an accurate and efficient manner and assume 100% responsibility for quality of products serve
• Know and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, refrigerators, and oven
