Hey yall!!! We are still here I promise. Just dormant, focused on firing up pizzas.

We have been in the lab for a while trying to think up a pizza worthy of bringing to yall. We are so happy to announce, we found it, The Baby Fat Back! This one blew us away enough that we decided to keep it on as a special for a month! It will be available starting tomorrow(Saturday).

We did something new with this one. We brought in a new base(Currently only available with the special pizza), a house made Alfredo sauce! The pizza uses this new base with a mozz and feta blend, topped with roasted pork belly, artichoke hearts, and arugula.

Sometimes food can jerk emotions and this one did for us. Really happy we decided to bring all of these ingredients in for this pizza! Yall really need to give this one a shot.

PS. Yall have blown us away to start the week, thanks to everyone coming out to keep us busy!

Alright yall, we have our take on an Italian Sammich and its going to be available until sold out today.

Fresh baked bread, pepperoni, ham, with a chopped mixture of lettuce, black olives, banana peppers, jalapenos, pineapple, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives.

We recommend you order it as it comes. We promise the flavors will fit together. It's only 10 bucks!

Thanks for an awesome week so far yall! Homecoming night was a hoot!

Can yall believe we are already 4 months into this? Where has the time gone? To mark the fading of Summer, Samantha is in the lab again cooking up a special! An Italian Sandwich! It's already passed the taste test, just need to figure out how we want to serve it. Expect this one sometime after our break this week!

We will see yall around the shop today 12-8!

We are SOLD OUT! Blew us away today. Love seeing it all go before we leave.

Reminder that we will be closed tomorrow for Labor Day and we will be back Thursday to get back at it.

Good morning! Sooooo, I made a post on Thursday, aaaand never posted it. 🤦‍♂️

Anyways, I wanted to let yall know we will be closed on Labor Day. We haven't really had the opportunity to observe Labor Day in years past. So we wanted to break that tradition for a year and get a family trip in while it's still warm out.

We will still be out here shelling out pizzas today and tomorrow 12-8! We hope whatever you are getting up to on Labor Day that yall manage to have a great one!

Good afternoon yall, well, almost. With darkness starting to arrive earlier each day now, we got an idea to light up our patio! We found these cool lantern string lights(Video doesnt do em justice)! So if you drive by at night you will see our lanterns flickering, lighting up our little section of Smithville.

Business as usual today, come and see us 12-8!

It's the start of the week and we are ready to get back to it! We came off our session of burnout and finished up some projects on our time off. Picnic tables are a wrap, we got the exposed rafters above our picnic tables tucked back in, and Samantha started her project of covering all of the ugly foam at the top of the station's supports with flowers(Saving pictures for when its finished). Progress is being made again and it feels good!

If you want a tasty pizza come on over and see us. We will be here 12-8 starting today through Monday!

Update(Edit): We were able to figure out a fix to get the doors open today! We will be open at noon as usual! So happy we don't have to forfeit the week, we will see yall around the shop!
