1,000 people decided to hit that follow button and join us on this crazy, delicious meXYpino's journey and honestly, we're still trying to process it! 💚🥹
A little over a year ago, meXYpino's was just an idea, a dream, and a whole lot of prayers. Since then, we've served at markets, Hospitals, neighborhoods, schools, libraries, community events, and parking lots all over the KC area. We've had sold-out days, long lines, late nights, equipment issues, happy dances, and plenty of learning moments along the way.
Through it all, YOU showed up.
You shared our posts. You told your friends. You waited patiently in line. You gave us a chance. You came back again and again.
Every taco, every rice bowl, every order of pancit and lumpia has helped us grow into something bigger than we ever imagined.
To our customers who have been with us since day one and to the new followers who just found us, thank you for supporting a small family-owned business. Your support means more than you'll ever know.

WOW, Rollins Landing! Thank you for such an incredible turnout tonight! 🙏

We are truly grateful for everyone who came out, supported us, and patiently waited in line. Seeing so many familiar faces and meeting new ones made our evening so special.

We also want to apologize to those we weren't able to serve tacos and nachos to. Due to the amazing response, we completely sold out of our taco and nacho meat earlier than expected. While we're disappointed we couldn't serve everyone, we're incredibly thankful for your understanding and patience.

If we're given another opportunity to come back and serve your community again, we will definitely be more prepared with extra food and additional staff so we can serve everyone who comes out to support us.

Thank you for your support, your patience, and for making tonight such a success. We can't wait to see you all again soon!
