As many of you know, this Saturday will be Brylee's last day with us before she heads to San Antonio to begin an exciting new chapter in life!

We're incredibly grateful for the hard work, kindness, and dedication she's brought to our team. Brylee has made a lasting impact on both our staff and our customers, and we'll definitely miss seeing her behind the counter.

Brylee let us know about her plans six weeks ago, and throughout that time she's continued to work hard, help train, and make sure the transition has been as smooth as possible. We're incredibly thankful for the way she's handled this next chapter and for everything she's done for our team.

If you'd like to help send her off, we'll have a special tip jar set up just for Brylee through Saturday. Stop by, grab your favorite drink, wish her well, and help us celebrate this exciting next step in her journey.

With Christmas in July just around the corner, Smitty and Twig brought the whole gang along for a full day of wandering through Smithville.

They began at Riverbend Park, cooled off with iced coffee from the Smithville General Store, hunted for treasures at Texas Trails Antiques, Panama Rose, Bella’s Cottage Antiques, Mosaic, Main Street Gifts, and Yellow Butterfly Resell.

Enjoyed an early lunch at Bubby’s BBQ, splashed at Veterans Park, and ended the afternoon with a sweet treat from Hope Floats Cafe & Gelato.

But Tiger believed there was no such thing as too much orange spirit, so the gang had to make one more stop at Scene 77.

And on Main Street, walking back to the car, Smitty noticed a couple sitting quietly together on a bench, simply enjoying each other’s company—a small moment worth noticing, and certainly worth a photo op.

The day ended with the whole gang watching one of Smithville's beautiful sunsets from Smithville Brewing Company.

If you're visiting Smithville for Christmas in July next week, consider this one wonderful way to spend the day. Wander a little. Linger a little. You never know what small-town wonder you'll discover.

As evening settled over Smithville, the sky softened, the streets grew quieter, and a full day of wandering slowly came to rest.

It's time for a Smithville lullaby. 🌙✨
