When I was a kid… I hated the smell of sauerkraut… and just couldn’t believe people would add hotdogs to it..

Fast forward to grown up world… I could eat this everyday. (Except I love the cheap red hotdogs).

Chicken and Dumplings (I’ll have two large pots made).

Then also… My favorite.. sauerkraut and hotdogs. Add some mixed white and pinto beans with it.. a slice of my sweet cornbread and then go home and take a nap.

(Feels like winter happened over night).

As much as it’s been requested.. I’d be silly not to offer it more.

Saturday and Sunday… I will have more chicken and dumplings.

And I’m trying something else out… cups of ice …. And I’m making sweet and unsweetened tea. (Now don’t throw all the different kinds of sugars and sweeteners at me.. just yet). Today, it’s Luzianne Tea.

I’ll have 3 racks of ribs ready around 11:30 and I’ll have 5 more ready by 2:ish.

Plus regular menu items today.

I am in the process of making our first ever official menus. But here’s a quick look. The wall will get an update soon as well.
